Seriously, I still can't believe this ! It has been 24 hours since the news got my to ears and still, it sounds fake !

There's this guy in our campus, named Snehith. He was one of the coolest designers here. He used to make the inaugral videos of all the festivals, used to design the posters..... and what not. And BANG ! suddenly I come to know that he is dead ! damn. I still feel strange when I am writing this sentence. Heck! He's no more!

Yesterday most of the hubs on DC (Direct Connect on our local network) were down. When inquired, we came to know that a guy called Snehith was probably no more, and the hubs were were down to prevent the rumors from spreading and creating panic. Gosh, I knew this guy . No, its not possible! How can someone die just like that eh ! No, that's just some god damned joke, that's all ! But I was proved wrong when continuously, I got the same news from different people. Gosh, I can't believe it........ and my vision started fading away...

It is early August of the year 2007. I and my friend ,krana, are sitting in my newly alloted room and discussing the timetable. None of us has the slightest hint what to do with it. We have just landed in a new city, in a new institute and enstranged, as we feel, we are trying to figure out what does the time-table mean. After some time, we realise that we are reaching no conclusion, and we decide to meet some seniors (something we were anticipating since the time we stepped into BITS Pilani, Goa campus).After getting ready, we step out of the hostel. Its raining badly. Damn, we will have to take the longer route to the hostel directly apposite the central lawn, else, we get wet. 5 minutes later, we find ourselves climbing the steps that lead to the A wing hostels from the way adjacent to the workshop. We meet a senior there whom Krana knows. Apparently, he was flirting with a couple of females and was not really pleased when disturbed him. 30 minutes later, we are walking near the hostels behind the A dining hall, cursing ourselves for having wasted time with that senior. Now we are desperate to meet someone who can really help. Quite unsure of ourselves, and with the fear of getting 'ragged', we enter one of the senior hostels. The board outside the hostel says AH7. Entering it, we turn right, trying not to look directly at any senior, lest they should recognize that we are freshers. The first door: locked. The second, the third.... all locked. Finally, near the end of the gallery, there's this one which is ajar, and the sound of Counter Strike blaring out. We knock, and one curly haired guy opens the door. "hi, arrrr, we are 1st years, we need help with the timetable!". Come in, come in, he says. 1 hour passes, and we have talked nearly about all the essentials and the things a fresher should know (including some passwords to access the computers of the computer center illegally!) . In the end we asked his name. He replied, "Snehith".
So, this was the first time I met him. And recently, I had subscribed to his blog. When today, after the condolence meeting, I tried to view his blog, I got a window saying that the blog has been removed. Damn, I don't know who removed his blog after his death (someone who had all the passwords) , but why did he/she do it ! Atleast they could have let his blog stay so that people would know haw damn talented he was.
